I'm curious about this whole situation as well. What do you do about the concern of STDs and STIs? Both sucking and getting sucked? Is it normal to give it a good once over?

I know this is an older post - but - it is a constant concern. I have been a g-hole fan for years and do my share of donating and harvesting creamy loads.
