Never sucked myself, but this is what I understand.
The chance of contracting something while sucking is low. Very low. Somewhere around 1 in 10,000 chance with someone who does have the given STD (but this varies based on what it is. HPV and herpes is far more transmittable than HIV or syphilis).
One thing in particular that can dramatically increase your chances of contraction is if you have a sore or cut in your mouth. Make sure you have healthy gums, brush properly, and before heading to the GH (or otherwise), do not brush for a couple of hours so you don't have little openings in your gums.
In fact, even unsafe sex in general has a low transmission, but anal sex is pretty much the most dangerous form of sex for STD transfer. At least for the receiver. Even still, odds are low. On the other hand you have to ask yourself if taking that risk is worth it. More so if you do it many times, especially with many people.
