I believe Missy is correct. Every city in the U.S. has laws that prohibit sexual activity in public places so, it really comes down to a question of local enforcement. In places like L.A. and N.Y. the cops have better things to do than patrol local arcades and theaters. Still, they will set up sting operations on occaision (ask PeeWee Herman and George Michael), particularly when the local citizens start complaining about "working girls" or cars being broken into.:mad: In smaller towns the police have less "real crime" to deal with so they can spend more time on stuff like this. I also used to live in NC and never got hassled by police at an arcade or video/bookstore but I did hear about people getting arrested at public restrooms and rest areas.

As a rule of thumb the theater and sex shop owners know there is sexual activty going on and they condone it, but also have to pretend that they "..would never allow it in their store". That's bullshit! How do you think the glory hole got there in the first place? They know that people having sex in the booth/theater brings in more foot traffic and more sales. For the most part they don't care as long as nothing is going on that invites the police and puts their business at risk, like drugs and prostitution.

As for you being naked in the booth, I have seen your picture and get hard at the thought of it.:D but I wouldn't encourage it unless you are familiar with the store/area and can lock the door.
