I've had occasion to pull a lot of loads from uncut cock. My experience has ben that some like to have their foreskin pulled back when getting head, while others only want it over the head while others don't seem to care and let it slide back and forth with the natural sucking action. ...I prefer that my skin slide back and forth as I think it feels better from my perspective as the guy being sucked, as someone pulling the skin back can sorta hurt because they have no idea what is and isn't comfortable for me in terms of retracting my skin. This is a gr8 thread subject. I've wondered the same thing . . and agree that with a g-hole wall in between - it's difficult to know what's working and what's not for the dick donor. I had one un cut cock that had a very tight foreskin and it wouldn't pull back all the way. I figured it would be uncomfortable so I just worked it like an un cut cock. I had one Persian cock that had a loose foreskin and he liked it pulled back. Maybe it depends on how thick and/or loose the foreskin is. Yes, hygiene is important. When I take a shower I pull the foreskin back and wash the head and surrounding area. It will tend to have a slight odor as the day progresses. If I am "out and about" I make sure I shower before going out. Ever since I was young, hygiene was stressed as uncut can develop serious medical issues if not cleaned properly and regularly. I been with several females who "turn up their noses" because I am uncut. I never been "refused" by a male.
