Mack, does Bike Week get busy?!

bjbud4u 03-30-2018 04:35 PM

I just posted on DL. I'm bout 60 miles NW of Seattle - but that's the closest. My post hasn't shown up yet. I bet they are really getting busy now the CL is gone. I'm gonna be patient - - - - cause - - - - I'm feeling like there are limited options. I'll check out the other sites referenced here.

They seem promising. I fucking miss CL!

Address for sex is a joke. You have no idea how old the posts are on their . . . personally I think they can be decades old. Doesn't work for me. gh.info also way to vague. and not very current. Doublelist.com has potential even though I'm having trouble getting my post on. . . . they're probably overwhelmed

I checked out Doublelist and looks promising. However when I click on an ad, I get a blank page. I am using IE11. Is there a setting that needs changed so I can view the ads? TIA

Doublelist.com

I have used Doublelist.com and I got my first guy from there last weekend. It's almost identical to Craigslist. It doesn't have a lot of people yet but it's super promising. More cities will get added as it grows. The main drawback is you need to manually include the date/time you post as the date shown in the posting always seems to be the current date.

If you can't see the post content (empty when you click it) then you need to disable ad blocking on that page. Some of the scripts on the page come from another domain (clickyad.net I believe) so the page doesn't render if those get blocked.

Sonny -
Bike week is fun to be out in, hot men of all sizes and ages on motorcycles - and I’ve had some bikers come by for head, but not as many as I would like! I have limited hours when I can run my GH but I get maybe 4-5 out of towners during Bike Week. Probably have about 10 local bikers who hit me up regularly though. Always love hearing a bike pull up when I’m on my knees in the garage. LOL.

Doublelist seems to be trying to keep up with demand, there is a link to request your city be added. I recommend everyone request their city and use them. I did have one non GH hookup from it last week. Maybe they have the balls to stick it out and police the ads for escorts. #FuckSESTA

This whole sex trafficking thing strikes me as mostly bullshit. Doesn't pass the smell test. Yes, I'm sure it's happening on some level, and it would be a dreadful thing for an unwilling victim, but there doesn't appear to be an epidemic of cases where criminals and victims have been arrested or exposed. It's so salacious a topic that the ambulance chaser media would be all over it continually were it the epidemic that it's purported to be. I suspect it's mostly getting underage/runaway girls into prostitution through drug enticement, etc., which has been going on for what, centuries?

Not saying it's a wholesome activity or anything. But as per usual, congress lowers the ban hammer on something it knows little about and expects it to fix the problem. The law of unintended consequences says that it'll simply force it back out onto the streets where it was before the internet came along. Sort of like banning high-capacity magazines will prevent shooting incidents. Impeccable logic, that.

It's worse than that. I've seen some people arguing that CL and the like have liberated a lot of women from pimps by letting them control their own sex businesses. Good example of cutting off the nose to spite the face.
