Depends on the time of year. I shave mine in the winter, but in the summer with all the yardwork, etc. the lack of hair causes chaffing and jock itch. So I grow it back out when it warms up.
As far as my preference on others? I don't care either way, but if they want me to suck their balls, I prefer shaved, definitely. I suppose the one drawback of sucking a guy that doesn't shave is the same as eating a hairy pussy - pubic hair. I hate to stop what I am doing to remove a hair from my mouth.
