This can be frustrating. There are so many time that I am in a booth and another guy walks in next door only to stand there and do nothing. It's rare for someone to unzip and start wacking off. I won't wag a finger through the hole because I assume if he just stands there he's not interested. I also like to see it first before I make an offer.
