I just posted on this subject on another thread: "dead mouth". Some guys are very sensitive during orgasm. Don't make us miserable by hammering away when we're obviously uncomfortable with what you're doing!
That said, don't be a dead mouth, either - just keep it slow and subtle while we're shooting. And above all: watch how we're reacting! If we're muttering "slow down" or making uncomfortable noises or trying to pull out when you go full hoover during our orgasms, SLOW DOWN!
