Personally...
...I prefer that my skin slide back and forth as I think it feels better from my perspective as the guy being sucked, as someone pulling the skin back can sorta hurt because they have no idea what is and isn't comfortable for me in terms of retracting my skin. Especially if they are sucking me off through a GH because they can't communicate with me as such, unless I suddenly withdraw my cock from the hole, and then the poor guy isn't going to know what's going on then.
