I've noticed the same things. Any newer or remodeled restrooms have those damn dividers between urinals.
The best were the old trough style urinals, there was no hiding your junk while you were pissing at one of those.
My personal favorite are restrooms without the privacy walls protecting the urinals and an adjacent toilet stall where the stall wall has a gap on the backside or some kind of peephole so you can sit in comfort and stroke your cock while watching a delicious variety of cocks step up and release.
