I've always considered using a gloryhole as nothing more utilitarian than using a fleshlight. You use it for one purpose: to relieve yourself of a load of jizz. To me that has always been the "glory" part of a g-hole. It's anon and has one purpose.
I think a lot of people conflate this with the role of the mouth-owner on the other side. In my opinion - these are two totally different things.
I really don't think it is important to assign titles . . . but . . . to me it seems if the sucker is a male . . he would pretty obviously be gay or bi. . . and the dick donor could be anything: str8, bi, gay. . . he's just using an apparatus to JO with. . . . whether that be a JO toy like a fleshjack or a hole in the wall that just might have a pair of lips, tongue & throat . . . . or . . hmmmm . . is that a warmed-up fleshjack ? ? ? ? who knows?
