I just recently built one and here is the secret. Make it super easy and convenient for them. If you use Gmail, add on Googlevoice (for free) and they will give you a additional cell number, so when you post your add put that number up. It will then get texted to your phone, but it won't be your actual number. You can turn it off when the GH isn't open. I put up an ad on Doublelist last week and I have probably gotten 30 texts ALL Fromm married guys looking to get sucked off before work, after work, after their wives go to bed. Trust me it works. and its SUPER hot.
