Technically speaking, a video booth can probably be made out to be a public place under the law. So, strictly speaking, you're supposed to keep it zipped.

However, this is something I don't think has ever been tested in court. GHs and video booths are really kinda outside the law. "Law" where GHs and video booths are concerned is really what the local sheriff wants to do. If he wants to mess with 'em, he can.
