Haven't seen one in years.
I've seen guys cruising and then going to vehicles in the parking lot. Was in a big box store in Charlotte, NC last month. Overheard some very effeminate boi offer a guy some stress relief and they went into the men's room. I waited a bit and went in. They were in the handicapped stall which was walled off and built into a nook so you couldn't see into it - the stall made a left turn from its solid door. But I could certainly hear what was going on. Obviously, not anonymous to the participants.
Definitely should support adult video arcades!
