I had a similar experience a few weeks ago. I was sucking a guy thru the hole. I must have sucked for 10-15 minutes. He was hard the whole time. My knees were hurting so I took a break. He stayed in the next booth and after a few minutes I signaled to him and started sucking again. He was still hard. I sucked for another 10-15 minutes and gave up. My knees were hurting and he did not seem to be close to shooting. I stood up, wiped my mouth, and left. I am there to relieve guys and don't mind sucking for 10-15 minutes to receive the load.
I had guys who let me suck them for a few minutes, then leave. After some time they will return and I will suck them again. After a couple times I realize they are only there to "play" and not really unload. So I ignore them.
