Good question.
To me GH activities do count as "sex" because either combinations of either you or the other guy getting off, but I too have never quite understood WHY some guys are so insistent or hung up about WHO gives them that wanted BJ through the GH. I would assume that most guys who are inclined to do the GH thing as a feeder have got to understand the logistics of the situation and realize that in all likelihood another guys is going to be the one who will be giving that GH BJ to him.
