It was my first time at the Video Store at Clarksburg. Based on reviews it wasn't high on my list. Like everyone says, not many booths were working, only one set with a glory hole but the staff was nice and didn't bother anyone. I visited it twice while I was in town, both times fairly slow but still a couple of guys found a use for me. They have a lot of rules and signs but it was ok.
I didn't stop in Frederick but I'm making the same trip in a few weeks and will definitely hit all three in one day. That one is on HWY 40 and is named Lovecraft. Some of the popular sites list it incorrectly as Mardis Gras books. Then again, I haven't stopped there but happy to update after I visit.
