Peeping at urinals.

I love checking out other guys at public urinals and restrooms. This is being made more and more difficult as restrooms are remodeled and dividers between urinals and the like are put up.
I've thought about posting an ad to craigslist asking if anyone knows of good peeping opportunities in my area. Good idea? My only concern is that law enforcement might think I'm up to something illegal (I won't take pics or vids and I'm not interested in underage). Thoughts or suggestions?
I really just want to find a stall somewhere so I can sit back for a time and watch regular guys step up and whip out their beautiful cocks. Big or small, I love them all.
