My experiences have been similar to Tara's once I finally gained the courage and self confidence to go out fully dressed sometime around 2002. I've also driven through a sobriety checkpoint dressed in nothing but white frilly lingerie with no problem, and always like to park a block or two away from pornshops so I can enjoy walking down the street fully dressed (but after dark). Female clerks obviously know what I'm there for, but are completely cool with it. And the guys in the theater are a lot more than cool! I guess that nothing says "I'm here to suck cock" quite like being dressed up fully en femme. That's a lot more important than exactly how you look or being fully passible.
